The cost section of a proposal is often where marks are lost. Vague cost narratives, poorly justified rates, and unexplained assumptions raise red flags for evaluators. Our consultants develop cost narratives that are specific, credible, and aligned with your technical approach – giving evaluators confidence that your budget is realistic and your team understands what the work actually involves.
Proposal review & red team

Proposal support engagements are typically time-critical by nature – ITT deadlines do not move. We are experienced at mobilising quickly, assessing what the proposal needs, and allocating the right resource to the right parts of the document in the time available.
Engagements range from full proposal development – where we take ownership of the document from ITT analysis through to final submission — to targeted support on specific sections, compliance review, or final editing and formatting.
